Movies to Stream: Turbulent Romance

Love is in the air... and falling fast!

Since our corporate overlords have deemed February the month of love, I’ve decided to kick off the month with romantic anarchy.

I like it when movie romances are chaotic, when a director seems to have barely bottled lightning.

Many of the best love stories are stories of madness, of falling head-first into an emotional chasm without thinking. This often lends itself to comedy, but it can very easily turn into tragedy.

This week I have two double features with fraught, unpredictable emotions at their core. They’re mostly funny. Mostly!

(Unless otherwise noted, all movies are available to rent from Apple, Amazon, etc. in addition to the listed streaming services. But if you watch them and like them, I’d consider buying physical copies 😃)
